Mustard seeds

Mustard seeds are used for marinating fish and meat, for gherkins, for mixed pickled vegetables, pumpkin, small onions, green tomatoes, for seasoning spicy sauces and in the production of cured meat products. Mustard seeds give a flavour to aspic and dishes with gelatine, canned aromatic herbs for soups and vegetables, cabbage, kale, Brussels sprouts and sour cabbage.
