What personal data is processed?

Personal data is information regarding an identifiable individual, direct or indirect. FUCHS CONDIMENTE RO SRL, through its site, processes the following data categories:

  • Identification data: name, surname, residence address, mail address, e-mail, phone number (landline, mobile, fax), online identifiers.
  • Aside from the ones mentioned above, information regarding occupation, the name of the employer or former employers, the nature of personal activity, information regarding studies, or other information supplied by a person, generally in CVs – for data collected in the “careers” section.

Processing implies operations such as: collecting, recording, organizing, storing, modifying, extracting, using, sending, combining, blocking, restricting, deleting, destroying and archiving personal data etc.

FUCHS CONDIMENTE RO SRL processes personal data belonging to consumers, employees of customers and possible customers, or candidates for the recruitment process. Individuals whose personal data is processed are referred to as “concerned individuals”.

Data is obtained directly from the concerned individuals, when forms available on the website are filled, or transmitted through the means presented on the website (e-mail, fax).

  • Giving support to consumers and clients or potential clients
  • Recruiting activities
  • Product delivery in concordance with orders

What is the basis of data processing?

  • For accomplishing contractual obligations (e.g. supplying products, releasing fiscal documents and transport documents);

For the entire period that there is consent (for marketing communication), for 1 year regarding information collected in the recruitment process, for the entire duration of a contractual relationship or for 2 years, in the case of reclamations, suggestions. If there are any legal provisions regarding the storing of some personal data, it will be stored accordingly.

The rights of the concerned individuals:

  • The right to information – the right to receive detailed information regarding the undertaken data processing activities, according to the ones specified in the current document;
  • The right to access – can request and obtain confirmation regarding that his or her personal data is processed or not, and if it is, can request access to it, as well as certain information. If requested, a copy of the processed personal data will be released. A fee may be applied (depending on administrative costs) or the request can be denied, if it is unfounded or excessive;
  • The right to rectification – the right to obtain a rectification of inexact personal data and the filling of the incomplete ones
  • The right to data deletion (the right to be forgotten) – in situations specifically expressed by the law (especially in the case of consent withdrawal, or in the case in which it is observed that personal data has been processed unlawfully), can obtain the deletion of said data.
  • The right to processing restriction – in situations specifically expressed by the law (especially in the case in which the accuracy of the respective data during the necessary period to determine the inaccuracy, or in the case in which the processing was illegal, and data deletion is not desired, but instead only the restriction);
  • The right to opposition – may happen at any time during processing
  • The right to data portability – can receive personal data, in a structured format, which can be read automatically, or can request that the respective data be transmitted to another operator.
  • The right to file a complaint – can file a complaint against the way in which data is processed at the National Authority of Personal Data Processing Supervision;
  • The right to withdraw consent – in the cases in which the processing is done based on consent, it can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawing consent will have effect only for the future, while the processing done before the withdrawal will remain valid.
